The Club was founded to enhance the pleasure of owning a Lamborghini through the organisation of appropriate social and motoring events.
The Club is a non-profit organisation with no commercial interests.
Membership is by invitation only to Lamborghini owners and enthusiasts.
The committee is to consist of a chairman, vice chairman and treasurer at least, with the inclusion of general members to help with any special events.
The treasurer is to maintain a current income and expenditure record which should be available to any member on request.
Annual membership fees are to be nominal and set at R150 and are to be used for the production of the newsletter, club regalia or for club meetings.
All committee members are voluntary and should receive no remuneration whatsoever.
The Club may form associations with or receive support from Automobili Lamborghini, the local agent or any appropriate specialist organisation but should retain its independence and be run by the members for the members. All decisions and actions taken should be in the collective members best interest.
Where possible the Club should do its best to promote and enhance the marque.
The Club should endeavor to help worthwhile and reputable charity organisations once a year .
